Tall Vintage AMF BICYCLE Womens 27 INCH Tires

Vintage womens AMF Pacemaker bike it's brown greyish to me, some may consider it more gold toned. I use to ride this bike 5 years ago and loved it. I'm not sure if one of the tubes went flat or if I stopped riding it in exchange of riding another style bike I was riding. I love how tall it is. It's been on the side of the house for 5 years the chain has a couple of kinks(stuck in a folded position), I've sprayed lubricant on the chain the kinks should come out if carefully manipulated with two pliers, I really do not think the chain needs replacing, just lubricant which I did and a little working/kneading, but can't say for sure. Tires and tubes are shot, it has 27" tires, seat and handle bars are in good condition, no rust on the handlebar, some surface rust on other chrome components; fenders, crank etc that can be sanded away primarily. Cables for brakes and gear needs replacing, left brake still brakes, right gear shifter still shifts.
