Motel Manager

We are looking urgently for Motel Manager to manage our Motel in Tawonga, Victoria. We prefer someone who is responsible and can stay in the property to manage and take care of the business. Person with experience will be prioritised but will consider those who are willing to learn and can adopt easily in rural environment. This role will suit the person who have experience managing the front desk and handyperson who are willing to help out in other departments if required. The successful candidate/s must: * have a genuine love of hospitality and the desire to make each guest's stay a memorable one * be capable of managing the front office, maintenance and housekeeping departments have experience using Ms Office applications * have basic cooking skills (breakfast and some dinners) * have a desire to grow the business, by always looking for ways to improve and build Training will be provided to the right candidate.
