Definitive Technology BP-2000 tower speakers

This generation of DefTech is the generation you want. These were originally designed by Sandy Gross shortly after he founded the company. Since he left, having founded Golden Ear, DefTechs have gone down in quality and sonic performance. These are NOT what you might now find in your local Best Buy, these are the best ever made by Def Tech. I am the original owner. This set has never been stored, and they've only been moved once. Always kept in air conditioned space so never over heated or cooled. I have the original packing material and had new boxes made for the 2000's. These are in mint like new condition. Always powered by amps which sat behind a Monster AVS2000 voltage regulator and APC power conditioner, so no power spikes or surges have ever hit these speakers. Also, smoke free and pet free home the entire time, so very clean like new condition. Google for more info. 15" woofers, 300watt RMS built in amps. Unreal speakers. Like new, perfect all the way around. Specs: Freq Resp: 15hz-30khz. Sensitivity: 92db. Ohms 8. Power handling: 20-500watts. Each speaker has 4 17mm mid drivers and 2 1" aluminum dome tweeters, 15" 300w powered woofer. The nearest spec to these are the GoldenEar Triton 2+ which retail for $4500 plus tax for the pair. The top and bottom caps are perfect as are the grill socks/fabric with no rips or tears. The 2000's are hooked up to an ELITE class D for you to listen to them before you buy. Also, these come with a set of isolation / coupling / de-coupling spikes. I’m available to deliver and set them up too if needed. I will consider all REASONABLE offers. No low ballers.
